GENERAL
I prefer VGen for all of my commissions. Please make sure to credit me when using any commissioned art work. I reserve the right to refuse any commission. You may not use my art for NFTs or run it through any kind of AI program. You also cannot use my art for tracing, recolors or for resale. If you do any of these you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.REFERENCES
Please be sure your reference is easy to understand and preferably in flat colors! If you are sending a character profile though VGen, please be sure any NSFW works are censored or I may not accept your commission. Thank you! :)PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
Payments are expected in full unless an order is above $250. If over this amount, a payment plan can be discussed. I do not do refunds after I have started the piece, unless there is a special circumstance. I still charge 20% in these cases for the time spent. If you wish to tip, do keep in mind VGen does take a portion of tips! (Please message me if you would like another option)REVISIONS
You will be allowed to make 2 major revisions per step (sketch, flat, etc.) unless stated otherwise on the commission. Any revisions past that will cost extra. The only exception is if I missed a key feature of your character or a key element of what you wanted. This does not apply to Skeb-like commissions!DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
If there is a deadline, please let me know beforehand. It may cost extra depending on the size of the commission, especially when it would require a higher focus or priority to complete in time. Normal commissions can take up to a month, and larger commissions can take up to 2-3 months. I am human, things can come up in my life that can affect the delivery time. I will be as communicative as possible if this occurs, and keep you updated on any changes. Commissions when finished will be sent as a PNG through VGen. Please let me know if there is an issue with receipt of your final product.USE
Once the commission is completed you have the right to use it for personal use/streaming purposes and posts on social media. Buying a commission does not buy the right to use it for merch, or for advertisement. You can however pay for commercial rights to use it in these cases. I prefer that you pay this cost upfront when getting your commission, but if necessary, you can reach out to purchase them later. Commercial rights across all my commission is a +100% markup from the original commission price.COMMUNICATION
Communications can be done preferably through VGen DMs, Discord (@angebunvt), Bluesky (@angelbunvt.bsky.social) or by email ([email protected]). If this is your first time messaging me, please state the purpose of your message, otherwise your message will probably be ignored. It's hard to distinguish bots from people these days, and a message saying "Hi" tends to be a scripted response.
